        When I first walked into the gym in 2019, I wasn’t just chasing my “dream body.”

        I was chasing myself. At 42kg, I felt fragile, physically and emotionally. I didn’t feel strong, confident, or feminine. I felt disconnected from my body, my potential, and the woman I knew I could become.

        The gym became the first place where I started choosing myself, not because I knew what I was doing, but because I knew I needed to change. I wanted curves, I wanted strength, I wanted confidence… but more than anything, I wanted to feel healthy and whole for the first time.

        So I learned. I failed. I tried again (many times). And I grew.

        I became a qualified PT over 5 years ago in 2020 because I didn’t just want to transform my body, I wanted to understand it, fuel it, and empower other women who felt the same way I once did.

        I went from 42kg to 58kg, building muscle, curves, discipline, and confidence I never knew I had. My glutes grew, my shape changed, but something deeper happened too: I began to trust myself because I had just proven what I was really capable of after breaking free of the victim mentality and ACTUALLY committing to my goals.

        But my journey wasn’t linear.

        I’ve had phases of overdoing it, phases of under-eating, phases of imbalance, and seasons of growth. In 2023, I committed to a healthier, cleaner, more sustainable lifestyle. One that supported not just my body, but my mindset, hormones, relationships, and happiness.

        Now, I’ve created and maintained the strong, feminine physique I dreamed of, without extremes, without obsession, and without sacrificing the parts of life that make me, me.

        I created Building Better because fitness alone didn’t change my life, becoming the kind of woman who shows up for herself did.

        My coaching isn’t just about glutes or macros or training splits, it’s about helping you become stronger in every part of your life.

        It’s about giving you structure when you feel lost, support when you feel alone, and a plan when you feel stuck.

        It’s about becoming the healthiest, happiest, most confident version of yourself, inside and out.
